& Inner Work Session
A spacious, client-led session for exploring emotional patterns, subconscious imagery, and inner clarity.
Know the container before you go deeper
A full session includes intention setting, guided trance work, reflection, and integration. Before a paid booking, the intro form and free call help clarify fit, pace, and format.
- You remain aware, in control, and free to pause.
- Online and in-home formats follow the same depth and pace.
- In-home sessions are available across Toronto and the GTA.
Use the form to share context before choosing a call time. If you both decide to continue, Nelson sends the intake and payment details.
Start with the Intro FormA simple arc for deep work
-
1
Conversation & Intention Setting
We begin by talking through your intentions, your life, and what has brought you here. This helps build trust and clarify what you most want to explore.
-
2
Relaxation & Inner Exploration
You are gently guided into a relaxed, focused state of awareness. From there, we explore what arises through images, sensations, memories, emotions, symbols, or inner knowing.
-
3
Integration & Reflection
Afterward, we sit together and reflect on what came through, so the insights can begin to settle while they are still fresh.
A Spacious Session, Not a Rushed Appointment
Deep inner work needs more space than a standard appointment. Keep the hours around your session as uncluttered as possible so your body and mind can settle before and after.
- Arrive without rushing.
- Protect quiet time after the session when you can.
- Let insight continue to unfold in the days and weeks that follow.
This work is not designed to be efficient. It is designed to be honest.
Designed for Deep Online Work
For remote work, the practical setup is simple:
- Sessions are held remotely through Google Meet.
- You remain aware and in control throughout.
- A headset microphone helps Nelson hear you clearly, even if your voice becomes soft.
- Video helps Nelson follow breathing, posture, and emotional shifts.
- If the internet drops, there is no need to panic — you may drift or gently wake, and the session can reconnect.
In-Person Sessions in the Greater Toronto Area
If you are in the Greater Toronto Area, Nelson can also come to you for an in-home session.
- Sessions take place in your own home, anywhere across the Greater Toronto Area.
- Choose a quiet room where you can lie down comfortably and will not be interrupted.
- Everything that makes this work what it is — the gentle pace, the depth, the care — remains exactly the same as online sessions.
A short preparation guide walks you through how to ready your space, your questions, and your mindset.

Before you decide
These are the questions many people quietly carry before booking a first call.
Will I lose control?
No. You remain aware, able to speak, and free to pause or adjust at any time.
What if I cannot visualize?
That is okay. Some people see images; others sense, feel, remember, hear, or simply know. The session follows the way your mind naturally communicates.
What if I get emotional?
Emotion is welcome and paced gently. You do not have to push through anything, and the session can slow down whenever needed.
Does this replace medical or mental-health care?
No. These sessions are guided personal and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for professional health care, mental-health care, psychiatric support, or crisis support.
Is online work as deep as in person?
Yes. Depth depends less on location than on privacy, comfort, clear audio, and a quiet space where you can relax.
